Dear Ms. Hedlund,

It is a great pleasure to recommend Ms. Sally D. Middleton for the post of an Art Director. I have known Ms. Middleton for a period of about two years, where I happened to work with her in A to Z Advertisers. She started off as a Junior Art Director and was promoted to the post of Art Director.

As a junior art director she possessed the following skills:
•    Strong visual art skills
•    Good communication power to interpret the mood and essence of the client’s product
•    To design and develop innovative ideas within the given budget

She was passionate about her art and motivated the other team members to come up with the best creative ideas that will go a step ahead in meeting the client’s requirements.
She was extremely disciplined and completed her projects on time due to her excellent time management and organizations skills. She took the initiative to conduct in-house workshops to inculcate this discipline amongst other members.

Please feel free to contact me on the above number if you need any other information. I highly recommend her for this post.

Yours truly,

Signature
Jacquelyn D. Brown
